Kolbensattelhütte
Away from the noise and dust, located in a picturesque setting 4,166 feet (1,270 m) above Oberammergau, is the Kolbensattel Lodge. From up there, there are beautiful views of the Ammertal and Oberammergau with the surrounding mountains. You can reach the Lodge either with the Kolben chair lift or in the summer over one of the many foot paths. In the winter there is also the Sport Scheck-sponsored ski tour route, which leads right past the Kolbensattel Lodge.
